Charge Nurse - Mother and Baby

About the Role

Lead postpartum and newborn care in a patient-centered, academic setting as a Charge Nurse for the Mom/Baby unit.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift operations and manage staff assignments
• Support bedside nurses and monitor patient status
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, evidence-based care
• Provide family education and promote quality and safety initiatives
• Guide staff development and model a culture of respect, innovation, and teamwork
