Charge Nurse - Mother-Baby Unit

Role: Charge Nurse - Mother Baby Responsibilities Coordinate clinical and operational activities on the mother-baby unit to ensure safe, evidence-based postpartum care for mothers and newborns.Oversee daily staffing, mentor and support nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Monitor quality metrics and assist with complex patient care, promoting a patient-centered, family-focused environment. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership abilities in a clinical setting.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to support and mentor nursing staff effectively.Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based postpartum care.Experience in a mother-baby or postpartum unit is preferred.
