Role: Charge Nurse on the Mom/Baby unit, responsible for leading night shift operations. Responsibilities Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and clinical activities to ensure smooth unit operations.Provide expert postpartum and newborn care to patients.Serve as a resource for bedside nurses, support staff, and healthcare providers.Ensure delivery of safe, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care to mothers and infants.Collaborate across disciplines to support quality and safety initiatives.Mentor team members and support professional development.
