Charge RN - MedSurg, Nights

Role: Provides and coordinates high-quality nursing care across all age groups, managing operational issues during shifts. Responsibilities: Communicates patient needs, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership; serves as a resource for staff guidance and support; delivers clinical care as required based on census demands. Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's preferredMinimum 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience; 2+ years preferredCurrent RN license in Georgia or multistate license (NLC/eNCL)Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and PALS (if applicable)Additional certifications depending on specialty and care setting Skills & Key Duties: Strong clinical expertise, effective communication, resourcefulness, and ability to handle operational issues during shifts are essential.
