Charge RN - MedSurg, Nights

Role Overview: This position involves coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, managing operational issues during shifts, and providing clinical support based on census demands. Key Responsibilities: Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership; serve as a resource and guide for staff members; ensure effective coordination of care and operational efficiency during shifts. Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a hospital setting; 2+ years preferred.Valid RN licensure in the relevant state and BCLS certification.Advanced certifications in specialty areas, including ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, and PEARS, as applicable.Additional certifications such as AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required within specified timeframes.Emergency Department nurses must obtain PALS within 30 days if not already certified.
