Charge RN - MedSurg, Nights

About the Role

Responsible for coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care across all patient age groups and managing operational issues during shifts. Provides direct clinical care as needed based on patient census. Acts as a resource for staff, offering guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program
• At least one year of hospital-based nursing experience
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license
• BLS certification

Preferred: two or more years of hospital nursing experience, bachelor's degree, advanced specialty certification, and demonstrated clinical competency.
