Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Cook up patient-centered nursing care
- Handle operational challenges during shifts
- Communicate effectively with staff and leadership
- Support and guide nursing team members
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's preferred
- Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred
- RN license (Georgia State Licensure or NLC/eNCL Multistate)
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certifications
- Specialty certifications as applicable, including NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and Pediatric certifications if relevant
