Responsibilities
- Delivers clinical care based on census demands
- Communicates patient needs, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership
- Serves as a resource and guide for staff
Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred
- Valid RN licensure in the relevant state and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional certifications as applicable, including ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and Pediatric certifications
