Charge RN - MedSurg, Nights

Responsibilities Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and manages operational issues during the shift. Provides clinical care as needed based on patient census. Communicates patient care updates, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership. Serves as a resource and guide for staff members. Qualifications Education: Graduate of a nursing program.Experience: At least one year of hospital-based nursing experience; two or more years preferred.Licensure/Certification: Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License; BLS certification required.Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced specialty certification and demonstrated clinical competency are advantageous.
