Charge RN - MedSurg, Nights

This role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality nursing care for patients across all age groups, managing operational issues during shifts, and providing clinical support as needed. Responsibilities: Communicate patient care, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership; serve as a resource and guide for staff members; ensure operational efficiency and quality care delivery. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.Valid RN licensure in the relevant state and multistate licensure (NLC/eNCL).Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and chemotherapy/biotherapy; NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and additional certifications as applicable. Skills: Strong communication, clinical expertise, leadership, and resourcefulness to support staff and ensure patient safety and quality care.
