Charge RN - MedSurg, Nights

This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and managing operational issues during shifts. Responsibilities include providing clinical care as needed, communicating patient and departmental updates, and serving as a resource for staff guidance and support. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred. Valid RN licensure in the state, with multistate licensure if applicable. Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, and specialty certifications based on unit (e.g., fetal monitoring, pediatric care). Experience in emergency or specialty units may require additional certifications within specified timeframes. Skills: Strong communication, clinical expertise, and ability to serve as a resource for staff.
