Position Summary

Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you'll provide clinical leadership and operational support to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily nursing operations and supporting the delivery of quality patient care
• Providing leadership, training, and guidance to nursing staff while promoting compliance with policies and standards
• Aiding with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance management activities
• Serving as a resource for nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinating patient care services and providing direct patient care and administrative support as needed to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Two to three years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred
