Charge Nurse (RN) - ICU

Position: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Charge Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Coordinate and independently care for critically ill patients, including ventilated patients and those requiring vasoactive medications.Mentor staff on bedside procedures and promote autonomy in care delivery.Supervise unit activities, develop critical thinking, and lead daily operations.Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.Maintain staffing levels, ensure equipment availability, and implement performance improvement projects.Serve as a member of the ICU Rapid Response Team. Qualifications & Skills California RN License and mastery of RN skills.CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications.Leadership and management experience preferred.Five years of critical care experience preferred. Additional Details: Full-time night shifts, with some weekends required. Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
