Responsibilities
- Lead clinical activities on a 12‑bed Medical ICU.
- Coordinate patient care and develop/implement individualized care plans.
- Act as a clinical resource for staff.
- Facilitate communication among interdisciplinary teams.
- Assess and mitigate patient condition changes.
- Promote evidence‑based practices through continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate patient and family experiences to enhance care quality and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Current RN license.
- 2–5 years of nursing experience (preferred 5–10 years).
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and apply holistic clinical knowledge.
- Focus on safety and patient‑centered care.
