Role Overview
The RN coordinates delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, manages operational issues during shifts, and provides clinical support based on census demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality patient care and effective communication of departmental and staff concerns.
- Serve as a resource and guide for nursing staff.
- Address operational issues during shifts and adapt care as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the relevant state with multi-state licensure if applicable.
- Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, chemotherapy/biotherapy, NRP, and PEARS.
- Ability to obtain additional certifications within specified timeframes.
