Role Overview

The RN coordinates delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, manages operational issues during shifts, and provides clinical support based on census demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality patient care and effective communication of departmental and staff concerns.
• Serve as a resource and guide for nursing staff.
• Address operational issues during shifts and adapt care as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state with multi-state licensure if applicable.
• Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, chemotherapy/biotherapy, NRP, and PEARS.
• Ability to obtain additional certifications within specified timeframes.
