Charge Nurse - MedSurg, Neuro, Nights

Role: Provides quality nursing care across various departments, coordinating patient care and addressing operational issues during shifts. Acts as a resource for staff guidance and ensures communication of patient and departmental needs to leadership. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care.Collaborating with healthcare teams and engaging in ethical, culturally competent practices.Promoting safety, health, and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.Leading within the nursing team and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ preferred.Valid RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).Additional certifications based on specialty area, such as Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, or TNCC, may be required.
