Charge Nurse - Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic/Spine, Night Shift

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nursing program (Bachelor's preferred)
• At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience (2+ preferred)
• Current RN licensure in the state or multistate license
• Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring, PEARS, and specific pediatric or emergency certifications as applicable

Skills and Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and address operational issues
• Provide clinical care aligned with census needs
• Serve as a resource and guide for staff members
• Maintain necessary licensure and certifications to ensure compliance and safety
