Charge Nurse - Critical Care PCU, Nights

Role Overview

Provides quality nursing care across patient lifecycles, manages operational issues during shifts, and communicates patient, departmental, and staff concerns to leadership. Acts as a resource and guide for staff support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care delivery and address operational matters.
• Provide clinical care as needed based on census demands.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Serve as a resource for staff guidance and support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Valid RN licensure in the state or multistate license.
• Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, and PEARS.
• Additional certifications pertinent to specialty areas may be required.
