Charge Nurse - Critical Care, Nights

About the role

Seeking a registered nurse for a shift coordinating quality care across all ages, managing operational issues and providing clinical support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicating patient and staff concerns
• Serving as a resource for the team
• Ensuring smooth departmental operations

Qualifications

• A graduate from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s preferred)
• At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience (2+ preferred)
• Holds a Georgia RN license or multistate licensure
• Holds BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and chemotherapy/biotherapy certifications
• Additional certifications such as NRP, AWHONN fetal monitoring, PEARS, and pediatric PALS are required depending on the unit
• Emergency nurses must obtain PALS within 30 days
