Charge Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

Seeking a registered nurse to oversee nursing activities, coordinate staff, and ensure quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, evaluating performance, assisting in project completion, and maintaining nursing schedules. The RN provides patient care based on the Nursing Process, tailoring assignments to patients' age and developmental level, and assists with staff orientation. Qualifications Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred within three years of hire.Florida licensure and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.1-2 years of RN experience required; professional certification is a plus.
