Charge Nurse - Critical Care - Full Time - Night Shift

About the Role

The Registered Nurse oversees, coordinates, and controls nursing activities for assigned staff under supervision. They assist in evaluating staff performance, completing projects, and providing patient care based on the Nursing Process.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks appropriate to patients' age and development.
• Maintain nursing schedules.
• Orient new employees.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred within three years of hire).
• Licensure to practice nursing in the state.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• 1-2 years of RN experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree.
• Professional certification.
