Accountabilities

  • Support the execution of partner enablement programs, joint go-to-market initiatives, and channel campaigns designed to increase partner engagement and revenue contribution.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable marketing assets, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and improve partner program effectiveness.
  • Support the execution of enablement programs and joint go-to-market initiatives across technology, marketplace, and referral partner ecosystems.
  • Develop partner-ready and seller-ready marketing materials, including sales presentations, campaign toolkits, messaging frameworks, training resources, and promotional assets.
  • Translate partner value propositions into clear, compelling messaging that supports sales conversations and partner activation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Web, and Business Development teams to support marketplace initiatives, partner campaigns, and integration storytelling.
  • Auxiliary tasks include assisting with partner listings, content updates, promotional activities, and initiatives that improve partner visibility and engagement.
  • Create and maintain resources that help internal teams and partners effectively promote solutions and generate business opportunities.
  • Execute channel enablement campaigns supporting referral partners such as consultants, brokers, accountants, and other strategic partners.
  • Track campaign engagement, asset adoption, and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Cook up timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and scalable partner marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives and being comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate programs across multiple teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting partner marketing, channel marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing programs.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems, channel programs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging marketing materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a changing environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fully remote work environment.
