About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform respiratory therapeutic and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician under the direction and authorization of the medical director and cardiopulmonary director/manager.
- Assess, plan, implement, and document care with consideration of age and population-specific needs.
- In the absence of a supervisor, may serve as Lead RCP, responsible for the section or department during their shift.
Qualifications
- Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
- Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) upon hire and maintain current.
- Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the AHA or ARC certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the AHA certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certificate upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of acute care experience required.
- Hired before March 2026 are exempt from certain requirements.
Pay
Earn $1,206 – $1,623 per week (3x12s night shift) with a base pay of $33.50 – $45.09 per hour, plus opportunities for shift differentials. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $33.50 to $45.09 per hour, including estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
Schedule
Full-time, night shift (3x12s).
