Seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an acute care role.
Responsibilities
- Administering anesthesia
- Monitoring vital signs
- Overseeing patient recovery
- Assisting physicians
- Documenting care accurately
- Communicating patient status
- Participating in on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current CRNA license in Montana
- Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) credential
- Minimum five years of CRNA experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficient communication skills
Key duties
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments
- Develop anesthesia plans
- Manage physiologic status during procedures
- Oversee post-anesthesia recovery
- Educate patients and families
Schedule
- Primarily day shifts with a two-week cycle of clinical work followed by a week off
- Rotating on-call every other day and weekend, ensuring emergency coverage
