Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Full Time

Role Overview

Provides anesthesia services under medical supervision for surgical, obstetrical, and other procedures across all age groups, including neonatal to geriatric patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients pre-operatively and selecting appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Monitoring and managing patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure stability.
• Administering anesthesia, preparing drugs, and checking equipment for safety.
• Responding to emergencies, including airway management and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and controlled substances compliance.
• Teaching student nurse anesthetists and collaborating with surgical teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
• Licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Registered Nurse in California.
• Certifications include BLS, ACLS, and National Provider Identifier.
• Experience with major procedures, extensive monitoring, and patient management across age groups.
• Strong technical, clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Full-time role requiring rotation through weekends and holidays, with on-call responsibilities.
