Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Full Time

About the role

Join the CHRISTUS St. Vincent anesthesia team, a fully employed care team model in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico. This shift-based role features a Level 3 Trauma dynamic case mix (no hearts, no sick pediatrics, no transplants), Epic health record, and state-of-the-art ORs.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a Level III trauma center serving seven counties and over 320,000 residents
• Participate in a fully employed care team model alongside a supportive surgical and perioperative team

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited training program
• NBCRNA certification
• BLS and ACLS required
• One or more years of experience practicing as a CRNA preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply

Benefits

• Annual base salary of $265,000
• Flat rate compensation for light call shifts (24-hour weekend call) above base salary
