Responsibilities

  • Overseeing food quality, presentation, and environmental standards
  • Managing food and supply expenses within budgetary guidelines
  • Cooking coordinating food and supply orders with authorized vendors
  • Providing insightful reports and recommendations to the General Manager
  • Ensuring the kitchen maintains superior cleanliness and safety standards
  • Supporting community sales efforts by providing catering services for various events

Requirements

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential
  • Strong working knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility
