CC Music Transactions Associate — Catalog M&A, Financing & Music Rights (Mid-Level)

Paul Hastings’ Century City (Los Angeles) office is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its dynamic and growing Chambers Band-1 Entertainment & Media practice group. This role primarily supports the Music Industry practice.

About the role

You will join a cutting-edge practice that represents clients across the music and entertainment landscape, including global entertainment, music and media companies, social media platforms, live event companies, institutional and private financiers, and creative talent.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of corporate M&A experience at a law firm, handling a range of mergers and acquisition transactions and/or private equity experience, preferably on music/entertainment M&A matters
• Strong experience with acquisitions, as this will be the focus of the role
• Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience
• California Bar membership preferred

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000 annually. Actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
