About the role

We have exciting opportunities for Finance associates to join the Finance & Transactions team in our Dallas office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

• Drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions
• Managing multiple matters simultaneously
• Collaborating with shareholders and participating in business development and client-facing activities

Requirements

• 4-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm
• Experience managing multiple matters simultaneously
• A J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials
• Admission in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, the applicable jurisdiction (Texas)
