CC Mid-Level Entertainment M&A Associate
Paul Hastings’ Century City (Los Angeles) office is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its dynamic and growing Chambers Band-1 Entertainment & Media practice group. This role primarily supports the Music Industry practice, representing clients across the music and entertainment landscape, including global entertainment, music and media companies, social media platforms, live event companies, institutional and private financiers, and creative talent.
Responsibilities
- Handle a range of mergers and acquisition transactions, with a focus on acquisitions
- Support music and entertainment M&A matters
Requirements
- 3–5 years of corporate M&A experience at a law firm, including mergers and acquisition transactions and/or private equity experience
- Strong experience with acquisitions
- Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience
- CA Bar preferred
Pay
The salary wage range for this position is $260,000 to $365,000 annually. The actual pay may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
