Mid-Level Business Transactions Associate

About the role

We are looking for Mergers and Acquisitions Attorneys with experience in securities and corporate transactions. Asset-based lending experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent writing skills
• Comfortable knowledge of corporate transactions, mergers or acquisitions, structuring terms of assets, and loan processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of customer service

Securities

• 4+ years of experience working with publicly traded clients
• Provide counsel and handle SEC filings and reporting
• Prior experience on general corporate transactional work is helpful
