Mid-Level Real Estate Transactions Associate

About the role

The South Florida offices of Holland & Knight have an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3-5 years of general commercial real estate transactional experience with a profound understanding of managing deals and leading diligence review.

Responsibilities

• Concentrated practice experience in one or more of the following areas: purchase and sale, joint-venture negotiation, general commercial contract experience, and/or real estate lending work (borrower or lender side).
• Immediate transferable skills required, organized and detail oriented, and a strong academic background with excellent communication and writing skills.

Requirements

• Must be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in Florida.
• JD from an ABA Accredited Law School.
• This candidate must reside in South Florida at or prior to the time of hire and would work out of either our Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach Office.
• We believe that there is significant value in working together in person and will expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week.
