Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial real estate transactions experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development
- Large firm experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of prioritizing and managing a diverse workload
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility
- Admitted to The Nevada Bar
- Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $195,000 - $235,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
