About the role
Latitude is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 4-6 years experience to work with a dynamic firm in Atlanta with a strong real estate practice. This is a partner-track position with a dynamic practice group with a sophisticated and varied practice.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of commercial real estate experience, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, financing, dispositions work and commercial real estate closings
- Prior experience practicing in the commercial real estate department of a large corporate law firm, with a commercial real estate boutique firm, or in-house with a commercial real estate development company is preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing (licensed in Georgia or ability to become so)
- Outstanding references required
