Responsibilities

  • Aid in developing strategies and supporting models for real estate transactions.
  • Support simple lease acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Evaluate client building alternatives and lease options qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Research companies, landlords, and potential subtenants.
  • Gather and evaluate real estate market and property data.
  • Write lease summaries and abstracts.
  • Monitor and evaluate implementation programs against strategy and provide timely reporting.
  • Occasionally perform complex financial analyses.
  • Integrate complex occupancy scenario planning into financial analysis.
  • Strategically utilize other corporate service lines to deliver optimal results.
  • Establish a strong and trusted relationship with the client.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, economics or related field required.
  • Ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
  • An ideal candidate may have a real estate brokerage or salespersons license and LEED certification.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Desire to use AI to improve business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients.
  • Experience with supporting basic lease transactions such as renewals and relocations.
  • Understanding of and commitment to client services.
  • A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment.
