About the Role

We are seeking a Catering Runner to assist in food delivery to catering areas for guests. This role will ensure an exceptional guest experience that meets the high standards of Levy. If you are a self-motivated, well-spoken, dynamic, and overall nice person with a passion for providing soccer customers a world-class experience, we want you!

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently provided and build relationships with both internal and external guests.
• Gather first-hand guest feedback to improve services.
• Exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain stock and inventory replenishment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner in accordance with department standards.
• Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Guest-centric mindset: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with ability to build relationships with diverse guests.
• Strong organizational skills, methodical approach, and good time management with attention to detail.
• Catering or food experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid OLCC license and Food Handler's permit.

Schedule

This role is part-time. Catering staff will be scheduled for events, requiring availability nights and weekends. Must maintain excellent attendance.

Pay

Starting rate of $18 per hour plus tips and shift pay.
