Food Runner - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are prepared with the correct items
• Organize order tickets and proper placement of food on food trays
• Collaborate with the culinary team
• Inspect dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before sending them out to guests
• Assist in delivering orders/running food to maintain prompt service to guests
• Address food/beverage or service-related guest issues
• Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines, or dishwashing
• Support bussers/servers
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
• Knowledge of menu items and service as well as overall restaurant operations
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights

Requirements

• Two years of high-volume table-service dining experience required
• Ability to obtain KY Racing License
