About the role
We’re seeking a Category Marketing Lead to drive the successful launch and growth of new categories across our marketplace. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for category expansions, developing integrated campaigns that drive awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital, growth, or performance marketing
- 2+ years of hands-on expertise managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X
- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads programs, including search, display, and performance-driven acquisition campaigns
- Experience launching new products, categories, or business lines
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
- Proven track record of driving measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing
- Knowledgeable in experiential marketing, partnerships, events, or brand activations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred qualifications
- Client-side marketing experience at an e-commerce, marketplace, gaming, or consumer technology company
- Familiarity with collectibles, sports, gaming, trading cards, or enthusiast-driven communities
- Experience working closely with merchandising teams to support category growth and commercialization efforts
