Case Manager (2 position)

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Pre-litigation Case Manager role based in Roslyn, NY. The firm represents clients across the United States in personal injury, mass tort, and environmental litigation, helping individuals obtain fair compensation for injuries caused by negligence, defective drugs, medical devices, and other harmful products.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pre-litigation personal injury cases to settlement.
• Manage a litigation caseload independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience negotiating personal injury settlements.
• Strong foundation in law, including personal injury plaintiff settlements.
• Proficiency in handling pre-litigation personal injury matters.
• Prior trial or significant litigation experience in personal injury or mass tort matters.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage workload effectively.
