Cart Runner II (Full-Time)

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin-based grocer operating over 40 full-service supermarkets across the state, committed to giving back to the communities it serves and providing guests with exceptional service and value. This full-time Cart Runner II position reports to the Guest Services Manager and is based at 1125 East Johnson St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and care.
• Deliver outstanding experiences by maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring carts are readily available.
• Maintain product knowledge to assist guests with accurate information about product locations.
• Safeguard company assets by properly collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas in all weather conditions.
• Perform parcel pickup promptly to make the shopping experience seamless.
• Ensure quality by meeting quality and quantity expectations, including 100% cart coverage by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Honor commitments with regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for occasional absences.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The associate must be able to stand in place for long periods; walk throughout the store; bend, stoop, and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. The role requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye‑hand‑foot coordination to operate equipment. Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in all weather conditions. The Cart Runner II schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
