Join our team as a Cart Runner, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by assisting guests with parcel pick-up and ensuring carts are readily available in all weather conditions. Responsibilities

• Providing Outstanding Service: Ensure each guest receives exceptional service in a friendly environment. Greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism and care.
• Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: Be friendly, courteous, and cooperative while communicating effectively with associates and guests.
• Upholding Standards: Maintain Guest Services expectations and standards.
• Cart Collection: Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, returning them to the store in all weather conditions.
• Parcel Pickup: Perform prompt parcel pick-up service to enhance guest convenience.
• Share and Solve: Communicate guest requests to management to improve the shopping experience and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
• Support the Team: Assist with other duties as assigned, including supporting superior customer service initiatives.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and provide adequate notice for occasional absences.

Requirements

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with associates and guests.

• Equipment Operation: Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment to perform the job efficiently.
• Product Integrity: Ability to bag efficiently while maintaining product integrity.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to stand in place for long periods of time, walk throughout the store, bend, stoop, and lift or push up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Requires fine finger and broad manual dexterity, as well as eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed in all weather conditions.

Schedule

The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
