We are seeking a Carrier Sales Representative who can build strong carrier relationships, negotiate competitive rates, and collaborate with our customer sales team to ensure seamless, on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Establish, expand, and cultivate relationships with carriers in the auto hauling marketplace
- Identify, source, and procure new vehicle carrier relationships at key stakeholder levels
- Manage vehicle carrier network to ensure the ultimate RPM experience
- Maintain constant contact with vehicle carriers to secure additional truck capacity and manage existing business
- Utilize RPM’s proprietary software to make informed buying decisions
- Navigate RPM’s Transportation Management System and related tools to manage daily load operational tasks
- Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system

- Self-motivated and brings a can-do attitude to the job
- Willing to work full-time M-F, and willing to work outside normal business hours based on the needs of the business
