Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and help residents thrive mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care, including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming such as bathing and toileting.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner and respond to resident and/or family needs.
• Motivate and encourage resident involvement in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other functions within the community.
• Perform lifting, turning, and repositioning of residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Organized and self-motivated to provide excellent care for residents.
• CPR Certified. Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers, residents, family members, and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.

Pay

$16/hour plus shift differential.
