As a Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver at The Ashford of Sturbridge in Hilliard, Ohio, you’ll be part of a team that ensures residents live their best lives through meaningful activities, delicious meals, and round-the-clock support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents, including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, toileting, etc.).
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident and family needs.
- Motivate and encourage resident participation in activities.
- Assist residents to and from activities, dining areas, and other community functions.
- Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CPR certification required.
- Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.
Skills
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers, residents, family members, and peers.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.

Pay
$16 per hour plus differential.
Schedule
Part-Time, 3pm-11pm.
