As a Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver at The Ashford of Sturbridge in Hilliard, Ohio, you’ll be part of a team that ensures residents live their best lives through meaningful activities, delicious meals, and round-the-clock support.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents, including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident and family needs.
• Motivate and encourage resident participation in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining areas, and other community functions.
• Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Skills

• Organized and self-motivated.
• Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers, residents, family members, and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.

Pay

$16 per hour plus differential.

Part-Time, 3pm-11pm.
