About the role
We are currently expanding our team and invite applications for various research and engagement positions. These roles will contribute to our new research themes, programme, and activities focused on improving health and care outcomes in Greater Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and support research within one or more of our key themes: Digital Health, Economic Sustainability, Evaluation, Healthy Ageing, Implementation Science, Mental Health, and Organising Care.
- Engage with communities, stakeholders, and public panels to ensure research is inclusive and impactful.
- Collaborate with academic partners, healthcare providers, and local authorities to implement research findings into practice.
- Contribute to capacity-building initiatives, including training, internships, and fellowships.
- Disseminate research outcomes through publications, reports, toolkits, and public engagement activities.
Requirements
- Relevant academic or professional background in health, social care, research, or a related field.
- Experience in research, project management, or community engagement, depending on the role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to improving health and care outcomes through evidence-based practice.
