Care Manager - Part Time Evening

About the role

As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Your responsibilities include engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
