Caregiver Role Summary As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care and following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) Your responsibilities include promotingsafety, dignity, and independence , engaging residents through conversation and activities , and supporting dining services while maintaining a clean environment. In Memory Care settings, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss Effectivecommunication with families and care teams is essential.
