Care Manager - Part Time

Role Overview As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to senior residents, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Your responsibilities include following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainCompassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Duties Assist residents with daily activities, promote safety and independence, communicate effectively with families and care teams, and support engagement and well-being of residents.
