Responsibilities

  • Thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences to ensure every client feels supported and every caregiver feels valued.
  • Act as the go-to liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust, smoothing over challenges, and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in our system, juggling multiple moving parts, anticipating conflicts, and keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies or last-minute changes, finding solutions that keep clients cared for and caregivers supported.
  • Monitor field staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide feedback to ensure accountability while celebrating great work.
  • Solve scheduling puzzles with a client-first mindset, creatively piecing together shifts, needs, and people.
  • Work side-by-side with branch teammates to maintain a positive, collaborative, and energetic office environment.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, answering questions and setting the tone for a caring relationship.
  • Use scheduling software and digital tools to keep records current, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Step into any situation—whether answering tough client questions, covering shift gaps, or supporting a teammate—due to cross-training and readiness for anything.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus
  • Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
