What You’ll Do

• Match caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust and ensuring smooth communication.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date schedules, anticipate conflicts, and keep operations running like clockwork.
• Respond quickly to emergencies or last‑minute changes, finding solutions that keep clients cared for and caregivers supported.
• Monitor field‑staff activity, track attendance and reliability, and provide constructive feedback.
• Solve complex scheduling puzzles by creatively aligning shifts, needs, and personnel.
• Foster a positive, collaborative office atmosphere alongside branch teammates.
• Welcome new clients, guide them through onboarding, answer questions, and set a caring tone.
• Utilize scheduling software and digital tools to keep records current, track caregiver availability, and ensure compliance.
• Step into any situation—answering tough client questions, covering shift gaps, or supporting teammates—thanks to cross‑training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus.
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
